The highly anticipated digitally remastered, widescreen special edition of Road to Avonlea – Season 6 will be available at the end of March 2012 exclusively at shopatsullivan.com. Here’s a sneak peek at the front cover.

The Season 6 cover, which may still undergo some changes, features Gus, Felicity and Eliza Pike from “The Return of Gus Pike”. Felix and Izzy are also prominent on the cover as their relationship evolves from friendship to romance over the course of Season 6.

All of these episodes have been digitally restored from the original film elements and are presented in widescreen format. The DVD’s have been authored from the new HD masters for maximum picture quality.

The Road to Avonlea - Season 6 Remastered Widescreen Special Edition will be available at the end of March. Pre-orders will be available in the next couple of weeks at www.shopatsullivan.com, so be sure to check in periodically for updates.

I actually like the way Felicity and Gus are in the background with Eliza/Gus' mother. Since they weren't on S5 together, they should be on S6. I like seeing Felix and Izzy together, too. Izzy looks a little upset and with Felix smirking, that's a little disconcerting. Maybe use another shot from that photo shoot of them together?

Felix and Izzy should most definitely be the prominent figure on this season! :) I wouldn't mind maybe seeing Rachel (and perhaps Pierre) in the background as Patricia Hamilton had a pretty important part in this season. :) As long as Felix and Izzy stay as the prominent figure I'm sure you won't receive too many complaints! :)
