Last Week's Winning Heroes!

(4 votes)

The first week of our Ultimate Classical Hero Contest is now complete and, not surprisingly to some, Gilbert Blythe is currently in first place, followed by everybody’s favourite “Pa”, Charles Ingalls!  It was a tight race - Aragorn was narrowly squeezed out of the competition (see results below) – and we now have a new set of men for you to choose from.

Please see our four Facebook pages (Anne of Green Gables, Road to Avonlea, Wind at My Back and Sullivan Entertainment) to place your vote!  You can either "like" a photo, vote on the polls posted on the pages, or send us an email with your selection.

The winner of our first week, who emailed us her choice of Gus Pike as ultimate hero, is Naomi Starsiak!  She will be receiving the following prizes: Anne of Green Gables DVD, Morning Coffee CD, PR Operation Overload DVD and Diana: A Life to Remember DVD, in honour of the recent Royal Wedding.

Make sure you now check out the new ten men we’ve added to the competition!  And please note, you are only eligible for a prize if you email your choice to us.  Also, make sure you vote for someone from the new list – votes for last week’s contestants won’t count.

Here are the voting results from last week – which include the Facebook polls, your photo “likes”, and the emails we received.
