During the 1930’s and the great depression, music had a big affect during this era, due to the fact that music reflected on how people were feeling during this time period. Music was the main source of happiness in people's lives since most of the time people felt lonely, depressed, hungry and worried.
Prom Night
Going to the prom is a huge deal for teens these days, but it was the same for Anne going to her first ball. Those days the prom was called the Ball only because it was a ballroom with everyone ballroom dancing. However, these days every promo has a different theme and the dancing is very much different.
